Now I am using VC2010 plugin for Arduino and that for Python, and git for code manager which is also integrated in. Of course I can build and upload sketches to ATMega328 and run python scripts with one command, but the good thing is to switch environments quickly; we can send sketch and immediately modify the python script to send serial commands from my PC. Versions are well managed including both projects. I love it.
